I’m Elena. Some call me The Penthouse Girl. But long before I was known for closing penthouses and villas across Dubai, I was just someone who craved more. More energy. More beauty. More challenge. More truth.

Real estate found me when I wasn’t looking. I started with no network, no sales script, and no clue what a “CAP rate” was. But I knew how to care. And that became my edge.

It started with a simple truth: I couldn’t sit still.


I’ve always loved people, adrenaline and beautiful spaces. Real estate gave me all of it, if I was willing to earn trust the hard way.


I didn’t come from this industry, but when I fell in to it I knew I was here to stay. Starting at the bottom, I built my name deal by deal, referral by referral, client by client – with consistency, care, and complete honesty.

Honestly? Because I lived in penthouses long before I ever sold them. The name started as a nickname, now it’s a brand. But it’s also a mindset: high standards, great energy, and real experiences. I understand the lifestyle because I’ve lived it and that’s why clients trust me.
I had too much energy to sit behind a desk. I love people, design, challenge, and movement and real estate gave me all of that. I didn’t start with connections or a playbook. I started by listening, learning, and doing the right thing, even when no one was watching.
I don’t always, but I show up. I’ve done client calls with a baby on my hip and viewings between boxing sessions. I believe in contrast: soft and strong, glam and grounded. And I surround myself with people who support the chaos and the clarity.
